Our End Caps, for testing to ASTM D1598 and D1599, offer the following features:
  • Many different models exist for sealing large diameter pipe and fittings
  • Pressures up to 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000 psi or higher
  • Diameters from 1/4 inch (6 mm) up to 36 inches (900 mm) or larger
  • Capable of handling IPS, CTS, PIP, C900, C905, ISO and special sizes
  • Special units can handle large out of round pipe with hydraulic actuators
  • Available in brass, plated carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum
  • Built for safety, ease of use, accurate test results, and fast turnaround time
